All of our products are homemade. No two batches are exactly the same, they may difference in appearance and weight. Due to the nature of handmade products please expect slight variations, small bubbles and tiny imperfections. We believe this only adds to the character of the products. However, all products are consistent in high quality.
What's in our Goat's Milk soap base?
The core ingredients are as follows.
Water, Glycerine, sodium stearate, sorbitol, sodium laurate, Goats milk, propylene glycol, sodium laureth sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium lauryl sulfate, titanium diodide, stearic acid, lauric acid, pentisodium pentetate, tetrasodium etidronate.
What's in our Vegan soap base?
The core ingredients are as follows.
Coconut Oil, Palm Oil, Safflower Oil, Glycerine (kosher, of vegetable origin), Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide (saponifying agent), Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol (made from vegetable glycerine), Sorbitan Oleate (emulsifier), Oat Protein, Titanium Dioxide (mineral whitener used in opaque soap).

Australian Shipping!
Orders will be shipped 1 - 2 days from your order date.
You will receive postage confirmation and Australia Post Tracking Number - with your Order confirmation email. Please ensure that your address & details are entered correctly.

PICK UP AVAILABLE

Local pick up available from Port Kennedy 6172, Western Australia.

Damages and Returns. 
As our products are sanitary/personal use, we are unable to accept returns.
We request that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you received an incorrect item, please reach out as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Refunds and Cancellations

We can only accommodate cancellations before the order has been shipped. We do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

In the event of a refund, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
